Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Million Dollar Agent AI ("MDAAI", the "Service"), operated by VS24, Inc. It is part of our Terms of Service.

15-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. If you are not satisfied, email us at hello@milliondollaragent.ai within 15 days of your first payment on a new subscription and we will refund that payment in full.

This guarantee applies:

• To your first payment on a new subscription.
• Once per customer — it does not apply to renewals or to repeat sign-ups.

For annual plans, the money-back guarantee window is 30 days from your first payment.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@milliondollaragent.ai.

• When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
• Outside the money-back guarantee window described above, payments for the current and prior billing periods are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time.

How to request a refund

Email hello@milliondollaragent.ai from the address associated with your account and let us know you'd like a refund under the money-back guarantee. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse of this policy, such as repeated sign-up-and-refund activity or use that violates our Terms of Service. We will always tell you if we decline and why.

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
