Agent and marketing profile. Information you add to build your marketing, such as your agent name, title, brokerage, contact details, headshot, logos, and brand colors.

Listing content. Property details, addresses, prices, descriptions, and photos you upload or connect for use in your campaigns.

Social media connections. When you connect a social media account, we receive access tokens and limited profile information needed to publish or schedule content on your behalf. We access these accounts only to provide the features you request.

Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited billing details (such as the last four digits and transaction status) needed to manage your subscription.

Usage information. We collect information about how you use the Service, such as pages viewed, features used, and device and log data, to operate and improve the Service.

Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Generate marketing captions, graphics, and other content you request.
• Publish or schedule content to your connected social media accounts.

3. AI processing

To generate captions, graphics, and other content, we send relevant information you provide — such as listing details and your marketing profile — to third-party AI providers that process it on our behalf to return AI-generated output. These providers are contractually restricted to processing this information only to provide their services to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers (subprocessors). With vendors who help us run the Service — including hosting, payment processing, AI generation, and analytics — who may access information only to perform services for us.
• Social media platforms. When you choose to publish or schedule content, we share that content and the necessary credentials with the platform you selected.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
