Million Dollar Agent AI™ ("MDAAI", "we", "us") is operated by VS24, Inc. This policy explains what information we collect when you use milliondollaragent.ai and the MDAAI service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, phone number, brokerage details, headshot, and anything else you add to your profile.
• Content you provide. Listing photos and videos, property details, brand assets, colors, and instructions you give Millie. This content is the raw material we use to create your marketing.
• Connected social accounts. When you connect Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok, we receive access tokens from those platforms so we can publish on your behalf. We never see or store your social media passwords.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We store your plan, billing history, and the last digits of your card, never the full card number.
• Usage data. Log data, device and browser information, and analytics about how you use the product, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To provide the service: generating designs, captions, staged photos, and videos from your content, and scheduling and publishing posts to the accounts you connect.
• To process your content with AI. Your photos and text are sent to the AI providers we use as processors, solely to produce your marketing content.
• To operate billing, send service emails, provide support, and keep the product secure.
• To improve MDAAI, using aggregated or de-identified usage data.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your listing photos or content to advertise to anyone but you, and we publish to your audiences only on your instruction or through automations you have turned on.

How we share information

• Social platforms you connect. The content of the posts we publish for you, sent through each platform's official interface.
• Service providers. Hosting, AI processing, payment, email, and analytics providers who process data for us under contract.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer with the business.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your content and personal information within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of the EEA and UK have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have similar rights under the CCPA. To exercise any of them, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We may process your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Children

MDAAI is a business tool for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the product before they take effect.
